We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Dammam 3rd industrial city to support our operations and contribute to our continued success.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment logistics.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
2. HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Employee Relations & Support:
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in managing disciplinary actions when necessary.
4. Performance Management & Training:
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain records.
- Assist in organizing training programs and professional development initiatives.
5. Government Relations Support:
- Assist in processing government-related documents, including visa applications, iqama renewals, and GOSI registration.
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices, and government relations procedures.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
