We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Dammam 3rd industrial city to support our operations and contribute to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment logistics.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, including documentation and orientation.

2. HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

3. Employee Relations & Support:

  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in managing disciplinary actions when necessary.

4. Performance Management & Training:

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain records.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and professional development initiatives.

5. Government Relations Support:

  • Assist in processing government-related documents, including visa applications, iqama renewals, and GOSI registration.
  • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices, and government relations procedures.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
