We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dammam to support our operations and contribute to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and Maintenance:
   • Design, develop, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery used in petrochemical processes.
   • Ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems across the facility.
2. Technical Support:
   • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
   • Provide technical expertise for electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, switchgear, power distribution systems, and PLCs.
3. Project Execution:
   • Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets.
   • Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, instrumentation, and production) for integrated project delivery.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
   • Conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures for electrical safety.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Prepare technical reports, project updates, and maintenance schedules.
   • Maintain detailed records of electrical inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, performance, and cost savings related to electrical systems.
   • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, etc.) and hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, and power distribution systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and best practices (e.g., NEC, IEC standards).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Professional Engineering License (preferred but not mandatory).
