Organophilic Lignite --- ORINITE

Description:

Organophilic lignite ORINITE is made from leonardite, and it is a modified organophilic lignite treated with amide and works as the primary HTHP filtration control additive in oil-based drilling mud. It can disperse and solute in oil base mud or oil very well. It can resist high temperatures up to 220℃. It can be applied in all oil-based mud as a filtrate control agent to reduce water loss efficiently. Also, it has other functions, such as assisting emulsification and so on.

Resinated Lignite --- SPNH

Description:

This product is a kind of modified resonated lignite and mainly composed of natural humic acid grafted with organic small molecules. It is a filtration control and rheological stabilizing mud chemicals over a wide range of temperatures and in the presence of contaminants. It is a temperature-stable synthetically formulated resin and lignite complex which performs very excellently in the condition of high temperatures as a fluid-loss-control additive. It is widely used in deep wells and horizontal wells.

Low Hardness Tolerant Lubricant --- RH220

Description:

It is a high-performance lubricant which the active ingredient is fatty acid alcohol amide. It can disperse in water very well and has outstanding lubricating property. It is effective and doesn’t grease out even at a total hardness of 600mg/l. It is used to decrease the mud cake friction in all water base mud, which lower the torque and drag in the wellbore when the drilling pipes are moving. Due to its unique wettability characteristics, it absorbs strongly at the surface of metal and then the drill pipes get protected, also it can prevent BHA balling. It can resist temperature to 220℃, can be used in saturated salt water drilling fluid. It is especially suitable for drilling fluid in variety of wells.

Ester Base Lubricant --- EXLUBE

Description:

EXLUB is a high-performance ester-base environmentally friendly lubricant. It is modified from vegetable oil, and it is a blend of water soluble environmentally friendly fatty acid ester and anti-acid & anti-alkali surfactants. It is used as a lubricant to reduce drag and torque in monovalent brine base muds that the total hardness is less than 600ml/L. EXLUB can tolerate PH value up to 10, and it keeps effective and stable at high temperature up to 200°C. Due to its unique wettability characteristics, it can absorb strongly at the surface of metal and then prevent BHA balling even at high pressure.

High Resiliency Graphite --- GHSEAL

Description:

This product is a kind of carbon base artificial graphite. It is gray to black angular particles with high resiliency recovery ability under high pressure. It is an inert material which does not affect the rheological properties of drilling fluid system. The material is an excellent plugging agent as a LCM. It can be squeezed into and be compacted in and stay tightly in the formation pores or fractures due to its significant resiliency, then the pore &fracture get sealed and the differential pressure is changed. Furthermore, it can reduce the drag &torque in some degree when drilling pipes moving.
